Sleeping With Heart Valve Disease
Sometimes sleeping at night gets uncomfortable with palpitations and lately a dull uncomfortable feeling in the chest. Luckily I don't get short of breath, but I can feel the problem. Most of the time sleeping on my right side is the most comnfrotable position.
I'm an active, 70 year old guy who loves life. I have a great partner of 36 years. We are married. His name is Dan. I have two great pets, Loki the cat and Katie the dog. I've got lots of hobbies and interests. And I had Bicuspid Aortic Valve Disease and an aortic aneurysm. In February 2015 I had surgery to replace my aortic valve, aortic root, ascending aorta and hemiarch replacement, plus two CABG grafts.
